This site is suppose to be Microsoft certified, if it is they should be ashamed! First they say it's free then they want $29.99 to go throught it then they want $79.99 to fix it and then they say they can only fix it if I down load some new soft ware and it would cost $159.By the time you keep paying you coud buy a new Lap top. I'm out $109 and my computer is worst than it was when they started. Half the time I can not even get on the Internet.
