I never heard of DRI-Avast, and they are not the people who worked on my computer. I had viruses and was corrupted. If DRI was was the company who worked on my computer they did not fix it and I had to call someone else to get it taken care of so they need to refund my money. Why are they billing me? I want a refund to my credit card Bank of America and will dispute with them if this is not resolved here. I am not willing to pay for something I did not receive.
