Rented room for daughters wedding night and next night (both 21 yrs old). Upon check out room was not inspected by hotel personal. We were told their procedure was to inspect room before checkout. Room was cleared by hercor hotel desk clerk as having no damage so deposit was returned (100.00). Upon receiving monthly credit card statement a 250.00 charge for damage to a door, possibly glass door (writing on door) was charged to account. We met with desk clerk on 4/25 5:00 pm. She would not tell us which door, or show us supposed pictures. This appears to be an fraudulent and or excessive charge.
