Hydra fund is trying to sue me for money I did not authorize. They are claiming I electronically signed but I never once accessed there site to allow them to deposit money. When I asked them to fax me all information they had they refused and hung up stating I had this information already.in my experience with pay day loans someone always calls you to verify your Info is right and they send you a confirmation email or a letter, of which I received neither. The loan was 200 but they are trying to ale me pay 550. On top of this I was told that although the loan was 200, an extra 150 was charged as a fee of some kind plus interest.
