Harper gave the phone # as (202-239-8621). $2.5 million tax free Cashiers check to be delivered for a green dot card valued at at $500. The check is probably a forgery. Name was selected from Target and Walmart customers over 65 years of age and then randomly selected. Hilary Clinton was named as endorsing the prize. The money was sponsosred by corporations who want a tax write-off.
