I ordered 2 Burberry's scarves.
So they sent me fake Burberry wrong color wrong size scarves and broken box.
So I sent them message "Please tell me shipping address" (Because them label doesn't have them address). They tried to earn time. But I could get them address. So I sent back them today. And I sent them trackingnumber. It cost was a $51.35. Because they said "Use only USPS Express International Mail Service!" I would like to get back my money so I did it.
Them return policy is a "“If you receive a product from our site is faulty on delivery, you can contact with us to return it and claim for a refund. If a product is found to be faulty (incorrect size, color ect.), you may claim for a FULL REFUND, or require exchange without any extra cost.”
So they should full refund to me.
I'll report again If they didn't full refund me.
