I sent my manuscript, "Chetty T. Chipmunk 2". And used my credit card, a bank Master Card. They kept saying they were working on my book, but I never saw any evidence of my book. I have had other books published (not with them) and I always worked along with the publishers about illustrations and the layout. They would send me an e-mail saying the book was being worked on and would send a site for me to click on. This always took me to their advertising page. I tried to call them a few times, but a woman (or recording) said they were busy call later. I never spoke to anyone when I called or left a message. After 2 months, I was conerned and sent them an e-mail asking to see some kind of proof of my book, or I might take some kind of action (meaning getting help from someone). Immediately, they sent me an e-mail and said that I was bogus fraudster trying to bring down their company. They said I was vicious and putting viruses on their web page. (I would have no idea how to do this and I would not do that anyway. They also said I was making malicious phone calls. I never spoke to anyone or left a message. They said my contract was ended and I would get norefund. I am a senior citizen and I have to save for several months to do a book. I write books for children. I have been to school, libraries and book stores for book signing. My first book has four gold stars on Amazon. I was very shocked and hurt to be accused of such things. They also said I was comitting a felony. I did none of these thing and I would like to have my money refunded. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you so much.
