Received a post card telling me I'd won a pearl necklace and earrings, as I've got two daughters, I thought it would make a nice present for one of them. When the item arrived, it was very poor quality. Now they take £20 each month out of my account and keep sending me substandard merchandise. I've tried phoning the number supplied for customer services but this is not a recognised number. I've tried writing to their customer services department 5 times. I have copies of all letters sent. I have yet to receive a reply. I don't want any more of their poor quality items at extortionate prices, but can' get them to stop. Can somebody please help me. I'm a pensioner and can't afford this every month and have no use for their poor merchandise. The first incident happened in March and I've been paying £20 every month since. Please, if you can help, help me to stop this scam!
