Our son ordered shoes from this website. His email stated that the order was $185, but $192 was deducted. The statement on the bank says "China Hotel Beijing"' not the shoe site. The payment went through realpay.com. We're not able to get in touch with the company... Are there any chances hat he will be able to get his money back. He just turned 18.
