Miscellaneous

My wife Florence was notified in March that she had won 2.5 million dollars in PCH sweepstakes drawing. Mark Ashley was her representative for Global Int. He cleverly explained how Global Int. Had a license issued to them by PCH to conduct business for them. He also explained how we could receive these winnings tax free by paying for the certificates and stamps which has amounted to about $15,000 dollars. It was interesting how Mark kept tagging us and even though I asked him why we could not receive our winnings first to pay for these huge fees the answer was always that we could not receive our winnings without paying for the fees first. It seemed as though every time we were close to wrapping things and receiving our money, a major event would occur and things would be delayed again. Along with Mark Ashley who has a Jamaican phone#876-450-2501, There are 2 other people in the mix: Mrs. Stacy Williams, and Cathy Smith whose address is: 19781 Burgess, Detroit, Michigan. This has been quite a ride and a lesson well learned. If it sounds too good to be true than it probably is.
