I have used M.J. For 5 years. I bought 1 M.J. To call Costa Rica for
real estate investments. I bought another M.J. To take with me to
Costa Rica to call the U.S. An ad said "No computer needed to use M.J.", so I bought another. I added "International Minutes" to the
tune of $80.00 or -. I have not used my phone minutes since 2012.
Now I show a zero balance in my account. My (paid for) minutes have
disappeared. I have spent hours on line with customer service, and I
am not able to speak to a person at Magic Jack. They have stolen my
money, and I am going to cancel all my M.J. Services when we have
