Ripoff unjust accusation! Wilmington

Prior to this email that i sent, i have replied and sent 4 other emails and faxes to live-up to their requirements.

This is what happend during my call last night:

"I called last night because of this email and the status reported on my account online. Last night your system was down and i was not helped.

I called today around 5pm at first, but was on hold for 45 minutes and got cut. I called again around 6pm and was on hold for 30 minutes when someone answered and just transfered me somewhere which i was on hold for like another 30 minutes.

When finally i spoke to someone who sounded bored with what he was doing. I was appalled to learn that i needed to fax more documents. I already faxed like 6 different documents proving my identity, my bank account and my deposits. But apparently it was still not enough. This could have been emailed to me instead i had to waste my time waiting on the phone just to learn that i am not able to get a loan.

If there was some other harder way you could have done this to me you should have done it earlier. I wasted a week trying to work up to your requirements. It is truly unfair."

After this incident, i emailed that whole story to their website and this is what i got:

This is Anousa from Sonic payday. Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, due to your inappropriate language toward one of our rep last night, we will not be able to loan with you. I understand you have been trying to get a loan for the past week, but we will not tolerate being called name. If you have any concerns or comments you would like to discuss, please feel free to contact in and ask to speak with Customer Relations.

Apparently i was being accused of calling names or some sort.
