Never Heard of Company but Money Taken After Wonga Application

I have never even heard of this company and I have never signed up for anybody to take my money. All I did was apply for a £20 on the internet with Wonga.com and they declined it then I have had this taken from my job seekers for no reason at all, I now have no money to live on and I will lose my home, its theft.
