After answering an ad for a triple bundle for a good price and being told I could get ywo sports channels I really wanted, The Lakers and PAC-12 included I signed up and paid a $49.99 "activation" fee with my debit card. After hearing from the installation dept. (who called to confirm the date) that this was not available for that price I cancelled my order. But TWC won't refund my money, they say they don't have a record of it because the sales teams are outside vendors, not directly employed. The sales teams number is now out of service. TWC just gives me the runaround. Even after I faxed them my bank statement showing the charge.
