We shipped boxes with them in Oct, of 2012. We finally got them from another company that medrano would not pay for the handling or fees or taxes. It cost us 2,000 more dollars to get our things.
This is after months of this company telling us it's in customs or held up in the states. For months we called, lawyers called, customs agents called no one answers the phones and when they do they just hang up on you. THIS IS A AWFUL COMPANY.
