They contacted me last year even sent a letter telling me they can reduse my mortgage by 2.5 point of my current interest rate of 5.7% they received 2100.00 in 3 payments and suggested that I stop paying my current monthly mortgage. OH my god what do I do know? I cant lose my house that is not what I wanted to do.
