We bought this modular home and paid them to date $128,000 and still no steps and air conditioner and repair work which is a lot of it. I keep butting heads with the owners son who is supposed to be in charge but does nothing. He says we still owe them money, but $128,000 was supposed to be the price of everything to begin with. I hope you can get us some answers.
