A lady called on my cell phone, which is not purblished, she said i had filled out something saying i was interested, she then said she was sending me a wal-mart card and a $100 coupon for something else. I would receive these at my e-mail immediately. She said all i had to pay was $2.99. I must have been in a stupid phase since i agreed. I never did agree to get another charge on my account for $19.99. I should have known better. Now i am out $22.98. I can have my account flagged at the bank for no more charges, but in the meantime what can i do?
