Rain Soft had supposedly installed and Air Master, and were charging me for UV bulk replacement. As it turns out a repair man said our Air master was not working, so he removed it. Upon removal there were no holes where it should have been installed properly. Talked to service men at Rain Soft, and they said there would have to be holes in order to install the unit properly. Not sure if it was put up with velcro an magnets. Have called the company more times than I could say, never got and adjustment or service man to check out where it was to be installed, cannot even get anyone to return my calls.
