A sales person came to our door, a really good talker and convinced us to get a solar panel installed for $96,000.00 and that it would be installed in 2 to 3 months. Well they took the first intallment out on May 042 of $30,000.00 and so for nothing has happened. They keep coming up with problems that are not their fault-or so they say, and we are still on the hook for the money.
We have asked for our money back a number of times but they say as long as they are making progress they will not reimburse us.
We think that they have had more than ample time to get the job done, but have not kept their side of the bargain.
We have done some research on this and according to the O.P.A. Beause we have nieghbours living so close to us we would not be allowed a ground mount anyway. We relayed this on to CERTIFIED SOLAR and they just told us to keep waiting.
We really could use some help in this matter.
