Ordered pet products never received. Left multiple phone calls over the course of 18 days. Never got a confirmation or phone call back. Seeking other methods to get money back but probably won't happen. Contacting Better Business Bureau as well. Sounds like a complete scam to me. Unfortunately I fell for it.
