I ordered the 14 day trial on March 10. I did not even receive the product until nearly a month later on April 8. I noticed today, April 18 that they charged my credit card on March 24 for the full price of the product, well before I even received the product to begin the trial period. They continued to insist that I received the product on March 15, and I was told by the representative named "Jake", and I quote, "Its not our company's fault that you can't be bothered to check your mail for a month". He continued to literally yell at me over the phone, repeatedly saying "Its not our problem" instead of listening to me, and allowing me to speak or make any attempt to work with me and make it right with a customer. I am dumbfounded, and infuriated that any customer service representative thinks they can speak to a customer in that manner. For one, it is untrue. We check our mail daily. This package was never in our mailbox. We have a community mailbox unit 2 blocks from our home, and this package was left on my doorstep. It is so completely unprofessional, I can't even put it in to words. After spending more than an hour on the phone, most of the time being verbally assaulted by their representative, they still refused to refund any of the full price charge, even though I was more than willing to return the remainder of their product back, as their policy says to do. This is a terrible company, and I'd go as far to say it is a HUGE Scam. I would tell anyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. They do not deserve business from anyone. I will be taking legal action, as well as filing complaints with every agency that I possibly can.
