While searching for internet help to secure a gov't grant I viewed this company's website. Their instructions were to secure a credit rating first which included paying a small fee ($2.95). A few days later I noticed an electronic withdrawal from this company. An email followed explaining I now had an account with them costing me $79.95. I called to explain I was not aware I had become a member & asked for reimbursement. At first the rep on the phone was going to send me a partial reimbursement of $69.95 which I rejected so she finally gave me a full reimbursement. Viewing my bank statements daily online, after two days, the reimbursement never occured. I telephoned the company with the same phone number and only receive a busy signal, so I emailed my complaint to them.

Their website advertises "Satisfaction Guaranteed", well I am far from satisfied at this time. Their contact info is listed below
