I never applied for a loan with this company, I checked my online banking to find they had took £64 out of my bank account, I was livid as this was money for my 1 year old son. I rang & went mental & demanded my money back, they then put me through to a manager & they refunded only £30 (which I'm still waiting for) & said that the other £34 was being kept as a charge for the call I made to complain, so they still robbed me of £34!!!
