I order a playset from this company and got email confirmation using green dot pay system. I do have documentation of the invoice and emails. The web site closed down on the 15th of April. I contacted green dot basically sent me to the police. I contacted the police who said they can only take a report. I was referred to the FBI and they do not return my calls.

So, I was scammed and have no recourse. What can this process do for me and my family?
