I was wondering if someone could please help me.

I'm about to return the product to Mizulean that I accidentally ordered and I've waited for product to arrive beofre phoning for RMA number.

A lady told me the RMA number is the same as my order number but with extra digits on the end but I only need to write the order number down on the outside of packaging and dispatch note inside (Not the full RMA number)

Is this correct or is this another scam to make me return it incorrectly. Please help I need to send the package off today!
