Lack of customer service

On december 12, i purchased a craig touch screen tablet, labeled model cmp741x, however, the user manual included was labeled model cmp741e. Whether this matters or not is questionable.
The problem is that the device will not connect to the internet, and after several attempts to contact either tech service or customer service, i have yet to get a response from either.
It is my opinion that craig is marketing a product that is inferior, that they are aware of the fact, and have no intention of providing any consumer service at all.
