I ordered ticket to an event and understood that the tickets would be $77 each. I did not notice the $21.56 service charge for each plus the $15 delivery charge. I feel this is a rip off. I have never been charged this much before, for service/delivery, and realize I somehow reach a ticket office that I had never used before. I asked for a refund and was told I agreed to the charges when I purchased. Can you help me? If not I want to log a complaint against them. I doubt that I am the only person who made this mistake.
