I was relocating for the new job offer and I did not have much funds to do it. The consultant offered me the type of service that was by my budget and explained to me how to be prepared before the movers show up, so I wouldn't have any extra charges. The truck showed up in time and the guys said I packed everything well, so they just loaded everything and wrapped in blankets. On the other end of the trip everything was in good state, and my price did not change.
The great part of the service was that all the employees were very nice and polite to me and answered all of my questions. Everything was well done and by the plan. Think the standards of this company represent the best level of customer service.
