Ripoff dishonest frauds

I ordered a dress from Digital Threadz in the beginning of November, hoping that if I ordered early I would receive it before I left the country. After receiving no sort of confirmation after a week I wrote them to ask what was going on with my order. I also checked the status and saw that it was pending. I wrote them about 5 different times, and replied to the 3 email address that I could find. Mandi@digitalthreadz.com,

I included all my information and never ever got a reply back. I was also very upset that I couldnt find a number to call them at. I wrote a final email cancelling my order. Still no reply. A month after making my original order i checked my online banking to see that they had charged my order to my credit card, but on the website my order was still pending, and I hadn't received any sort of confirmation email saying that my order had gone through.
So I called the bank, because I didn't want to have to pay this charge, and they informed me that there was a phone number there that I could call. So I called and big surprise the phone number had been disconnected. So I called back the bank and I now still have to pay the charge and wait over a month for them to investigate.
These people are frauds. They dont keep any sort of contact with their clients, and they just take your money and never send you their order. I hope this will help someone else out there before they get screwed also.
