Around end of January, I saw online advertisement for free trial samples of Bellagenix and Veloura, then paid total usd9.90 for 1 each B and V. Service Natural Health sent me email dated 29th Jan confirming shipment. Waited and waited in vain to see the products in my mailbox, so since 13 February kept emailing them to claim non-delivery. On 16th March, usd199.90 deducted from my Visa debit card. On 29 Mar they emailed me claiming they received error message trying to process my refund claim for usd199.90, and asked me to call them, like calling from Singapore to USA is free. I did not call but replied email to give them 2 more weeks to refund. Now I have to conclude they were lying about wanting to refund. They are treating our cards like open wallets. I have been keeping my card balance near zero and stopped using it. Making formal complaint to Visa, maybe cancel card later.
