Ive purchased their product and in their advertisement they specify many times that this software works on any phone. However it does not I have new phone 4glte and their soft ware put a virus on my phone I contacted my creditcard company sent them all information they needed plus their video on their site and my money was forfeited from them and reinbursted back to my card. Please do not purchase this software there is no one availuable to walk u threw it u have to leave a message for a call back and u never get it. If u have purchased the software contact ur credit card company for a reinburstment they will do it for you. And after ur money has been credited back to ur card request a new card cancel the old one n request a new number I do not trust them Do not let this sorry scam company keep your money they are a SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM. I plan to continue to trash Ez Csi but im glad i got my $137.00 back
