I originally agreed to have a sample tub of cream to try out and believed no further notificatuion was required unless i intended to buy further consignments agred by me. Since then I have received 2 pots of useless cream which I don't want. Have also tried to contact the company, SYLK, by phone on occasions to cancel and to get a returns No to return my money. On every occasion they have either cut me off or pretended they can't hear me.
