I had a purchase contract on two apartment buildings on November 13. The seller referred me to the Wilshire State Bank for a commercial loan. The bank had all my documents for purchase of the apartment in Denton, Texas which address is (Personal Information Removed). Mr. J.P. Park, the manager of the bank, told me that the bank will
give me a loan. AFter 60 days, the bank didn't either approve or decline my loan, untill 83 days later, 2/5, to decline my loan. Because of the bank's negligence, I am going to lose my earnest money of $15000 to the seller.
