We received a letter around 4/11 stating that we owed $225 by 4/15, or we would be subject to a penalty of $250 possible suspension of our LLC. They probably target newer businesses, and coincidentally we broke our LLC tax into payments of $200. So my first thought was that the FTB had not received our last payment. It's stressful, and I could see how someone would just send off payment in a hurry to get a check postmarked by 4/15. Tricky (Inappropriate Content Removed)
