Hi. I registered and bet on sports events in UNIBEt. I won around 300 euors. Then one day I tried to log in but it said"login failed"". I reached their support after two weeks (very slow support). They requested me documents. I sent all they need. Another two weeks-no answer. Then I made a telephone call to England. They explained me that a final decision has been taken-my account is blocked adn winnings take. However they didint explain why. ANd now now? I said that I am shocked and. Do you know what the operator said-I am sorry that we shocked you. Absolulety shamless. How can I prevent my rights and how can I get my money?
