Dealing with this Company they can't be Trusted for their Word. If it isn't written in Contract Form, the Customer better not depent on their keeping any Promise, Verbally is not a Word that they understand.
In other words their word isn't something a Customer can count on.
In our case we purchased a Front End of a 1996 T-Bird and the NUT'S & BOLT'S being removed to obtain the parts from the salvaged auto. Was to be added to the delivery of thee major parts, (Part of the Purchased Package, but "David" the Casheir's word is not to be kept.
Twice during the payment being made for the Parts, and more than 3 times after the sale, (by phone) it was stated that the deal was consistent to the above or NO DEAL, would be valid.
Guess What! As of 3 weeks later, still no NUTS & BOLTS delivered..
I hope everyone reads what I had to say about dealing with this comany (and their related relatives companys before buying a single item from them.
