This person was out in a storm on the day that was deteremined to be stay home extreme blizzard. Then they go and drag a 30 foot gooseneck trailer over a fire hydrant in search of making a big buck. Leaving neighborhood without WATER or way to shower or flush toilets or take care of regular every day needs. THEN the owner thought it was normal for city to shut off everyones water during LARGEST storm of year that left 12 inches plus of snow. Also laughed at me and thought it was funny and took no responsiblity for the vandalism and damage done and leaving the neighborhood high and dry for days when he could have paid for some motels or at least made some effort to correct his STUPIDITY of dragging a trailor on top of a fire Hydrant.
