I was led to believe that companies were interested in having people "sample" their products for free and give feedback for only the price of s/h. I fell for it! I filled out appropriate info on-line. The charge was $3.95. I wasn't told anything else at the time.

After receiving 2 products from this company, which was very quickly, just a few days, the enclosed packing slip/letter contained "terms & conditions"! This was to be a 10-DAY TRIAL for the 2 BOTTLES OF ANTI-AGING SKIN PRODUCTS! At the end of the 10-day trial, I would be enrolled in their "auto-ship program" and would receive, a 30-day supply every month until I told them to stop.By placing my order, MY TRIAL SHIPMENT AND each 30 days after that, I would be billed $98.95! I could, of course, call during my 10 days trial period to cancel to receive a "return authorization" number and return the jars, even empty, within 2 weeks, and not be charged. The website address is unreachable. The phone number was a recording which, although canceled my order & said my account wouldn't be charged, (even giving me a confirmation number) was nearly inaudible! They still did not give me an RA number.

I called my bank. Fortunately, they will handle this under their "fraud protection policy"! Thank goodness for that! Oh, BTW, when I called the company's number, the voice mail gave me an option to accept the monthly offer for $39.95! Quite a difference, don't you think? I'm wondering what product is really in these containers anyway...
