Our lease with this company says that we will receive a statement about how our deposit was spent and any funds owed to us within 21 days of move-out. It has been 43 days, and 31 business days. We spoke to the property manager and the maintenance technician and both said the apartment was the cleanest one ever. We have called 3 times and reminded them that we have a legally binding contract with them. We are told "i'm sure they're working on it". They have stated in writing it will be no more than 21 days, and yet, the attitude seems to be that they will get to it when they feel like it.
