Miscellaneous

I received a phone call from 912-200-7032. The phone said the call was coming in from Georgia adn the woman said she was in Daytona Beach. She said I would get a $100 gas card and a $10 Wal-Mart card. As skeptical as I was I logged into wakanetwork.com. I asked her if there were any associated fees and she sad no, she was lying. As I followed her instructions got to a credit card screen. She said for 2.99 processing fee I would get the cards. I would never give or enter this information over the phone or computer as a general rule. So I immediately googled wakanetwork. I keyed in "who is wakanetwork?" Sure enough the replies I got confirmed my suspicions. I should have kept her on the phone and messed with her but I didn't have time so I told her I saw 788 complaints against the site and just hung up. I called back the number and guess what. The call could not be completed. Done. I will NEVER reply to another online survey. This all started when Publishers Clearing House contacted me on my computer saying I could enter a million dollar a year for life contest. My mistake was answering some of the questions honestly. Some were asking if I wanted to advance my education, these were legitimate. But ALL the others resulted in phone calls from various scam artists.
