I ordered shoes but never received. Paid through paypal but they won't help because it's past the 45 day limit (even though Paypal recommended I wait longer for item because it was "cross-border" sale.) I'm out the money. Footwearark.com has not responded. I can only assume that they are a fraudulent site since they will not answer my repeated e-mails, have not returned my money. Do not order from this company.
