I too was decieved by their offer and their marketing. I am very suprized that amazon allows their products and marketing technique to into their environment. This is my first bad experience ordering from amazaon, and I have to say that without their promotion, I wouldn't have purchased the initial item. I certainly wasn't looking for something like that, but thought it looked nice and would make a nice gift. I tried my best to find the small print but did not see the terms related to the evaluation period. I have spoken with their customer support about the two subsequent packages that have arrived and remain unopened, and they informed me that there is only a 14 day evaluation period on the initial item. The package that they will send every 30 days going foward does not have an evaluation period full payment will be charged immediately, with no returns and no exceptions. I asked the agent if they thought that seemed fair, since i didn't even select these items myself, the company chooses what they are sending, and they just went back to the script and started reading terms, etc. Obviously a marketing approach that is intended to deceive and frustate people, with the assumption that many will eat the loss, give up on the refund, and put this behind them. Too bad. The product seemed like it might be okay, but I will not be doing further business with them. They are a dirty company and If Amazon hasn't heard about them yet, they are about to. My advice, stay away.
