Ordered face creams at a cost of £7.90 2 weeks later they deducted £79.95 from my account. I then returned goods recorded delivery for which i have confirmation from Royal Mail they the item was signed for on 14th feb 13. They say they have not received the item no answer on there phone numbers listed. Unsure what to do now.
