Acial discrimination

Hi iconsider myself a regular customer i come in a few times a week to eat at the chipotle restaurant in Casa Grande, Arizona. I enjoy the food and the service is somewhat fair. A few employees stand out where they are above standards and believe they should be management. One individual i have watched is a older male of african decent, he is always pleasant and helpful i got to talking to him one day and I thought he was a manager because of all the positions he has filled when ive been there to eat. To my surprise he was just a regular employee. Like I mentioned I have been a loyal customer for some time and I feel this individual is being discrimanated by either the color or his skin or even his gender. I myself am a female but of african decent and as much as i enjoy going there i feel bad for the people of color who are overlooked from management and they are working there butts off. I don't know if you are aware of this but I feel you should take a look at the employees and their work habits who are just regular workers and the manageIrs who seem to me as lazy. Something should be done! I don't even feel comfortable going in there anymore. I am a college student and go to school full time I go in for good food good service and atmosphere but this is just uspsetting to me and think it should be looked at.
