I haven't paid the $260.00 for a personal setup Account. I took my email's today to my Bank and the told me not to send any Money. The are thinking it is a Scam. But I went now on the Website and found out that I can open an Account in England if I don't live there. What want the are with the $ 260.00 that is what I'm asking me.
