AJ Ritchies had advertised a camera for $1999. When called the price was considerably more. On the phone was told that the model requested was not available and soon to be out of date and that the next model up was recommended - it was on sell for about $300. More than advertised one that was not available and soon to be out of date. The newer model was ordered charges processed, it has been two weeks and camera has not been received. When calling AJ Richies the first time was told that the order number on the receipt (they) sent was not correct and there is no tracking number available.
When called again was sent to voice mail and put on hold without any assistance - 6 times.
They have very poor customer service and an extremely poor tracking system.
