Intelcap withdraw $323.48 from my checking account without prior authorization.

I called the phone number that was given (877) 240-9612 on 4/2 and was told that the money would be deposited within 2 to 7 working days. Today is the 8th work day and no deposit has been made and they no longer answer their phone.

The last time i heard, taking money without permission is against the law
