I ordered free trial products from this company and only had to pay the shipping. The products took ages to come and when they did there was no invoice etc, just a small slip of paper with the company name and address and a freephone number on it. I decided i didnt want to keep the products and rung the number to inform them of the return. After being on hold for over 30 minutes someone answered & when i told them I wanted to log the return they told me i couldnt as they use from the date of ordering as the start of the 14 day free trial. The products took this long to arrive. I said that a trial allows you to try the product and have the chance to return within 14 days. They then hung up on me. Since then whenevr i have rung i just get put on hold and nobody answers. They have now taken an amount of 89.66 from my bank without my permission. I have written to them twice but heard nothing back. Apparently they will keep taking money from me and i cannot speak to anyone to cancel. Please help
