Mistakenly clicked on first link when searching for help with my MacBook on my iPhone-mistake number one. Allowed them to charge me $250 for subscription to one year contract that had limited time frame (the same day) to receive $50 rebate and gave them my Visa info-mistake number two. Allowed a "technician" remote access to my laptop to fix problem and he then proceeded to download non-Apple products to "fix" said problem-mistake number three. Understandable upset by the time mistake rolled around I disconnected the call and the laptop remote access and immediately called my credit card company (to report fraud and stop payment) as well as Apple (1-800-myapple) and am now stuck with paperwork and headaches to fix this mistake. Never Again!!! I now know to call Apple directly, do my research on companies before entering into any transactions with them and NEVER take up offers that seem too good to be true and have extremely limited time frames. I could call this a learning experience but am too angry right now to be positive about it at all!!! BEWARE, this company is a huge scam!!!
